Charles attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Nutrition Management. He has been in healthcare for 17 years and holds the credentials of an Executive Chef. Helping the elders in the community is his favorite part of the job. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking and reading.
