Melissa Shepard
Admissions Director
Melissa is the Admissions Director at The Legacy at Boca Raton. She has been in healthcare since 1997. While she was in college, Melissa’s tenure began at our community as the receptionist, and eventually, that led her to Admissions. She loved the atmosphere at our community, so decided to take the opportunity. Melissalikes that every day she learns something new. Her favorite part of her job is meeting the families and residents and hearing about their life experiences. She feels that in this career, she gets to meet so many wonderful people, some who become lifelong friends. In her spare time, she really enjoys being outdoors, art, painting, and reading.
