Monica Carrion

Monica’s been working in the healthcare arena for the past 10 years. She has completed her certification in HIPAA/Medical Records Law Florida regarding privacy and security regulations. Working as a health information professional allows her to analyze trends and ensure that everyone’s medical records are accessible, up to date, and in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. She lived on Long Island, New York, and moved to South Florida over 12 years ago. After beginning a career in Real Estate, she began to take a particular interest in aspects of healthcare. Throughout her career in this field, she was offered a position as Medical Records Director. Her favorite part of her job is to have the ability to make a difference in the lives of our patients. Her priority is to provide the best service and care for the residents and their family members. Monica is also excited and honored to be part of the Legacy Team here at Boca Raton. In her spare time, she loves traveling, visiting new cities, discovering new places, and learning new cultures. She also enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
