Perry attended the University of Florida Dietary Manager’s Program and the Agustue Escoffier Culinary Institute. After working in healthcare for over a decade in a variety of capacities and cooking for over four decades, what drew Perry to cooking was his father, who was a good cook in his own right. When he said, “You are better than me right now,” that sentiment drove Perry to take his career to another level. Whether it is Chef or CDM, he is very proud of her accomplishments. Cooking is Perry’s favorite part of the job; on a personal note, drawing and going to the gym are his favorite personal activities. Perry enjoys helping people reach their goals and mentoring them to achieve those goals.
