Tricia Foster, RN, BSN

Tricia attended McFatter Technical College to obtain her LPN, Broward College to obtain her RN, and St. Thomas University for her BSN. She has been working in healthcare for 20 years and has an extensive background in Hospice, dementia care, skilled nursing, and senior care. She began working as a floor LPN, then an RN, Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, Home Health Director, ECC Assisted Living Detector, ADON, and DON for the last 12 years. Putting a smile on the faces of her residents and making a difference in their lives brings her joy. Tricia doesn’t have much spare time but is an avid reader and music lover. She loves spending time with her family and giving back to the community and homeland Jamaica by volunteering in different charitable organizations. Prior to pursuing her childhood dream of becoming a nurse, she earned an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Graphics and worked in the creative world for ten years.
